This laptop is ok. At first, when I started to use it, it went blank now and then. I'm assuming it probably needs more memory for my work applications. I now use it for lighter work.

Bad buy no sound divers, have to Bluetooth it , touch pad doesn’t work had to buy a mouse , battery life is horrible, good storage and is normal speed at least . No way to contact the seller and Amazon played games with me when I called them keyboard is limited games work well on here

This was an excellent buy with Windows 11. The one I received looked brand new. Went great with the Lenovo bag I got as well. Perfect for office work, browsing the web, light gaming, and Facebook.

Nice low budget refurbished laptop. As others have mentioned, the laptop arrived with Windows 11 Profesional installed. When I finished the initial setup there was a message in the lower right corner to activate Windows. When I followed the onscreen instructions to active, I got a message saying this product is only licensed for Windows 11 Home edition. It did seem to be running fine with the Professional edition, but I was worried that it might be a problem down the road....... So, I went to the Microsoft website and created a Windows 11 "Home" media installation USB.2 things to be aware of if you decide to do this procedure. 1st you will need to enter the laptop bios settings (press F2 at startup) and change the boot order of the laptop, so upon starting it will go to the USB drive first before the internal hard drive.2nd, after Windows 11 Home is installed, it was asking for the driver for the wifi adapter. I could not get it to install after downloading the driver from the Lenovo website on another laptop. What did work, (after finding a thread on the internet about this issue) was using my Android phone and plugging it into the laptop with the phone charging cable and turning on USB tethering in the phones settings. That gave the new laptop internet access and it was able to complete the setup and then downloaded and installed all necessary drivers for the unit.I now have an activated Windows 11 Home laptop.
