If an error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the order
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment forms.
Orders ship only after payment is successfully processed.
Order Cancellation
These cancellation rules apply equally to On-Hand and On-Demand orders.
- Within 12 hours of placing your order: No cancellation fee.
- After 12 hours: Approved cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee, calculated on the canceled item’s purchase price after discounts, excluding tax.
- Once shipped: The order cannot be canceled. The return policy applies after delivery.
Request cancellation through your customer account’s order history. Cancellation requests require approval and are subject to the order’s fulfillment status.
A cancellation fee and a return restocking fee will not both be charged on the same item.
Limitation of Liability
DRC Electronics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except where required by law.
