Returns, Cancellations & Warranty

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 12 hours, cancellations will be subject to a 10–15% cancellation fee.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original condition
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Please note:
We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, we require photo or video evidence.
Once verified, we will:
- Provide a replacement, or
- Issue a refund if a replacement is not available
Return of the item may not be required depending on the situation.
To protect against fraud, we reserve the right to deny claims that show signs of misuse, tampering, item substitution, or insufficient evidence.
Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by product and is listed on each product page under item specifications.
Additional Information
- Orders flagged as high-risk or suspicious may be canceled at our discretion
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
