Pretty good sound quality. There are some minor connection issues I've had not too bad though. They also clog easily with earwax and become almost silent. I emailed support and the suggested warm water and a tooth brush to clean and it worked like new. Battery life works for almost a whole 10 hour shift if I don't have ANC or Walk-through on. They charger very fast as well
Delivery was next day and the package was received in good shape, no issues.Unbox and setup was pretty easy, tho the instruction booklet is curled into a roll and kind of a pain to read that way so I just YouTubed a couple of how-to videos. It really is a simple set up, about as easy as airpods for sure. The bass response is excellent, they're great for listening to music or gaming right out of the box. Install the app on your phone and dial in some pre-set EQ settings, some spatial settings, and personalized AI thing I've yet to try (seems over the top for some ear buds.) I'm actually pretty impressed so far, they're way better than my airpods for comfort, have some decent touch controls (you can program via the app for simple, music/phone related tasks) and I actually have been using the ambient nose mode while at work to make sure I'm not missing out on conversation I need to be aware of. The only thing I haven't done is a phone call on them, but I didn't really get them for that purpose. My requirement's aren't very high, tho. The only problem I've encountered at all is they can sound a little "echo-y" when I was listening to a podcast. I got used to it, and it may just be some enhancement that I turned on.The mic(s) work great and sound fine for gaming. The noise canceling is a nice boost to the overall sound and does a fair job eliminating background noise. Battery life is great, they seem at least as durable as airpods, if not more so and they sound excellent, with some features that allow you to dial in your sound a little. They also connect to multiple devices (like your pc AND your phone) at the same time, a VERY handy feature. You can get some better high-end features if you pay for them, but these are really good earbuds for their price and I'd buy them again without hesitation.
Took me some time to get used to them, at first I was disappointed with the sound but after messing with the settings in the app, I'm very satisfied!
So prior to ordering I read mixed reviews on the JBL Tune Flex 2 wireless earbuds. JBL is a very well-known, high-quality brand. I have a pair of the JBL Tune and Tune 2 ear buds also. I purchased these because this style of earbud stays in my ears best while working out. Those little silicone ends don't work well in my ears. I can say, WIHTOUT QUESTION, that these (and I mean ALL of my JBL ear buds) FAR surpass my AirPods in MANY ways. The sound quality is A++. The bass, the clarity, the options, the battery life.....I could go on & on.....is top notch. If you are a fan of JBL products these will not disappoint. The app is easy to use as well. Hands down I would purchase again....
I bought these because they had good reviews about the sound quality at a reasonable price point. I wasn't really looking for anything fancy but I was pleasantly surprised to find out about the other features. There is an app to customize sound and you can change the level of noise cancellation you want to use by tapping the side of the ear bud, so I can use them at full noise cancellation for cutting the grass, etc but can use talk through when I want to be able to hear if someone is talking to me. They also auto connect when you take them out of the case which is really nice. The buds also come with three sizes of ear pieces for a good fit. Sound quality did not disappoint. Very happy with these.
